This is at the San Diego Zoo's wild animal park. Apparently when they first got the cheetah as a little cub she took a liking to the dog and was the only reason she was able to be handled by humans. Until she befriended the dog she was too wild to be around humans. Now they bring her out twice a day for visitors to actually pet her. The dog is always right next to her.
Cheetah? No.
That’s not a cheetah. That’s a leopard. Common misconception….somehow.
